Role Summary

As a Sales Manager, you’ll run discovery and demo calls, build clear business cases, and negotiate to close new deals. You’ll work closely with delivery to align value, shorten cycles, and ensure a smooth handoff into execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales cycle from discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close
  • Uncover pains, map stakeholders, and quantify impact (ROI/TCO/business case)
  • Tailor proposals and commercials; handle objections and redlines with procurement/legal
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting in the CRM
  • Collaborate with outreach/marketing to improve ICP, messaging, and qualification
  • Prepare clear handoffs to Account Management with goals, scope, and success metrics

Requirements

  • 2+ years closing B2B deals (SaaS, agencies, or professional services preferred)

  • Strong consultative selling skills (e.g., MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger)

  • Excellent English; additional languages are a plus

  • Confident running demos, storytelling with numbers, and managing multi-threaded deals

  • Structured, self-directed, and comfortable with target accountability
