Role Summary

As a Research Analyst, you will turn messy markets into precise target lists, enrich leads with compliant firmographic/technographic data, and surface insights that improve campaign performance. Your work ensures our outreach is accurate, relevant, and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine ICPs; map target accounts and buyer committees (VP/Director/C-level)
  • Build & enrich contact lists from compliant sources (industry, size, tech stack, geography)
  • Maintain data hygiene: dedupe, validate emails, reduce bounces, and standardize fields
  • Track intent and trigger events (hiring, funding, technology changes, expansions)
  • Analyze campaign metrics (reply, meeting, show-up) to recommend new segments and hooks
  • Produce weekly dashboards and insights for SDR/Sales/Accounts
  • Document methods and keep research libraries/playbooks up to date (GDPR-aligned)

Requirements

  • Strong desk research and data wrangling skills (Excel/Sheets; basic SQL a plus)

  • Understanding of B2B buyer roles, firmographics, and technographics

  • Detail orientation, process mindset, and clear written communication

  • Familiarity with CRM/list-building tools; email verification workflows

  • Comfortable working with KPIs and SLAs; proactive about data quality
