Role Summary

As a Copywriter, you’ll craft compelling, clear, and conversion-focused content for multi-channel outreach campaigns. Your words will shape the first impression prospects have of our clients, turning cold outreach into warm conversations that open doors to new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Write concise, personalized outreach messages (emails, LinkedIn, ads) tailored to ICPs
  • Develop hooks, subject lines, and CTAs that lift engagement and reply rates
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Consultants to align messaging with client value propositions
  • Maintain tone consistency across campaigns, case studies, and landing pages
  • Test and optimize copy through A/B experiments and performance data
  • Stay current on industry trends and integrate best practices in B2B lead generation copy

Requirements

  • Excellent command of written English (clarity, persuasion, brevity)

  • Ability to adapt tone/style to different industries and audiences

  • Strong research skills for understanding client offers and ICP pain points

  • Experience with B2B writing (emails, LinkedIn, blogs, ads) is a plus

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with measurable goals
