Role Summary

As an SDR, you’ll research target accounts, craft personalized multi-channel outreach, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team. You’re the engine that fills the top of the funnel with high-quality meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Research ICP accounts, map stakeholders, and build targeted lists

  • Run multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) with smart personalization

  • Test subject lines/hooks/CTAs to lift reply and meeting rates

  • Qualify interest (BANT/GPCT) and schedule discovery calls for Sales Consultants

  • Keep meticulous CRM hygiene: notes, stages, next steps, follow-ups

  • Share weekly insights to improve messaging, targeting, and segmentation

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong research and concise copywriting skills
  • Organized, persistent, and comfortable with activity targets
  • Familiarity with CRM and sequencing tools (or fast learner)
  • Prior outbound experience helpful but not required
