As a Sales Manager, you’ll run discovery and demo calls, build clear business cases, and negotiate to close new deals. You’ll work closely with delivery to align value, shorten cycles, and ensure a smooth handoff into execution.
2+ years closing B2B deals (SaaS, agencies, or professional services preferred)
Strong consultative selling skills (e.g., MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger)
Excellent English; additional languages are a plus
Confident running demos, storytelling with numbers, and managing multi-threaded deals
Structured, self-directed, and comfortable with target accountability
High impact on revenue, base + performance commission/accelerators
International accounts and well-defined playbooks
Remote-friendly work (CET-aligned) and a path to Senior Consultant / Head of Sales
